Starting from the medieval village, wind your way through the vineyards of Saillon to the Farinet footbridge. Follow the Salentse, a stream that rushes down to the plain, and takes you as far as the village of Dugny. Cross Leytron and head for the forest paths in the heart of the neighbouring mountain resort of Ovronnaz. This hike can also be done from Ovronnaz.
