The Saillon hillsides are home to a multitude of colourful butterfly species, including the rare baguenaudier blue butterfly, Europe’s largest blue butterfly. Accompanied by Célestin Luisier, a passionate biologist and ornithologist, you will learn how to observe and identify them while admiring their beauty during a short stroll through the vineyards with a special focus on the baguenaudier azure.
