Leave your car behind and discover Saillon in a different way, via five stops: Bains de Saillon, Relais de la Sarvaz, Crèche, Moilles and Place des Remparts.
The train runs from 2 pm to 8 pm. As timetables are subject to change from one Sunday to the next, please check this page before each visit.
What should you do at each stop?
Place des Remparts stop (Saillon village):
- Come and watch the falconry display at 5.30 pm at the Place des Remparts. If you’re staying in Saillon, you can take advantage of a special offer at the refreshment stand on site: buy one waffle, get one free. In the event of inclement weather, the usual bird display will not take place in the main square. Where possible, however, the birds will be presented under the shelter near the medieval houses (below the Place des Remparts). - Explore the medieval town.
- Climb up to the Bayart Tower to admire the view.
- Visit the medieval-inspired garden.
- Enjoy a drink on one of the village’s three terraces
Nursery stop (Place Farinet)

- For the little ones: village treasure hunt
- Make the most of the playground.
Les Moilles stop:
- Make the most of the pétanque court.
- Walk the northern loop of the Bird Trail (starting point: a 15-minute walk away)
- Enjoy the terraces at the nearby restaurants
- Treat yourself to an ice cream at the kiosk by the Tower.
Bains de Saillon bus stop
- Unwind at the Bains de Saillon.
- Make the most of the ‘Bel été’ offers and activities.
- Book a massage or treatment at the Cinq Mondes Spa.
- Enjoy a meal on site.
Relais de la Sarvaz bus stop:
- Have a go at a round of mini-golf.
- Hire a bike to make the ride last longer.
- Explore the southern loop of the Bird Trail.
- Take a break at the restaurant
