On the occasion of the Asparagus Festival, discover this seasonal product in a different way thanks to a friendly and participative cooking workshop. It’s a tasty way to extend the pleasure of the festival while getting your hands dirty!
A culinary experience with asparagus
Together, we’ll prepare a surprise recipe that’s simple, tasty and easy to reproduce at home. It’s an opportunity to learn new ideas for cooking asparagus, while enjoying a warm and creative moment.
The workshop will be led by Kamille from Nutrition Valais, who will be sharing nutritional advice, practical tips and culinary know-how in an accessible and friendly atmosphere.
A gourmet moment to enjoy on your own, as a duo, with family or friends.

How the workshop works
- Meet at the Saillon school playground, site of the asparagus festival
- Board the little train, which will take you through the village to the Salle Stella, where the workshop will take place.
- a 1-hour discovery workshop with Nutrition Valais: find out about the product, practical advice and prepare a surprise recipe.
- You’ll leave with your own cooked asparagus, ready to enjoy.
- Return by little train to the school grounds.
