A gourmet, festive day of 100% local produce awaits you at the Saillon School Centre. Come and celebrate local flavours in a convivial atmosphere!
All day long (10am to 6pm)
- Local market with asparagus from Saillon, local products and crafts
- Children’s entertainment: bouncy castles and “special Mother’s Day” flower arrangements
New products to discover :
- Culinary workshops on asparagus with Nutrition Valais (11am, 1.30pm or 3.45pm)
- Tours of the asparagus plantations on the little train (10.30am or 2pm)

To enjoy
- For the aperitif: aperitif at the Caveau de Saillon stand and snacks from “Le Petit Valaisan”. Bar manned by the brass band.
- For the meal: on-site catering with tastings of asparagus dishes, raclettes and other local specialities. With Chef Andrea Maugeri (Nouvo Bourg), Le Rodeur and Pizzeria Caractère.
Musical atmosphere
- 10.30am to 11.30am: Aubade by the Avant-Garde, followed by the Grande Garde brass band
- 12 noon to 6pm: Musical entertainment with Mike le Troubadour
