The Fire Festival brings a warm and magical atmosphere to the town of Saillon on the first Saturday in December.
Throughout the day, stroll through the craft market, meet Saint-Nicolas, enjoy entertainment for young and old, and sample the flavours of the season.
A medieval Christmas theatre, presented by La Bayardine, wanders through the narrow streets and brings the village to life.
At nightfall, a grand fireworks display brings the festivities to a magical close.
