Come and experience a morning suspended between heaven and earth in a spectacular setting above the Salentze gorges.

Brunch à la Passerelle returns this summer with a brand new edition, in collaboration with Kiwi Box, a committed Valaisan caterer. After a pleasant ascent on foot through the vineyards (approx. 45 minutes – medium level) or by post bus, you’ll be welcomed at the summit to enjoy a refined brunch made with fresh, local and seasonal produce.

The experience continues with a free descent punctuated by a gourmet surprise stop, to prolong the pleasure while discovering the flavours of Saillon in a unique natural setting.

What awaits you?
– Ascent on foot from the village of Saillon (approx. 45 minutes) or by Postbus.
– Kiwi Box brunch with a view of the summit.
– Friendly atmosphere, panoramic setting and floral decoration.
– Free descent with a surprise stop along the way.

Practical information:
Timetable:

  • Welcome at the summit at 10.00 am
  • Estimated finish: no later than 2.00 pm at the Place des Remparts

Access on foot:

  • Free departure on foot from Le Bourg (allow 45 minutes’ walk)
  • OR take the Postbus to the “les Places” stop
  • Free parking on the Place des Remparts in the town centre

Access by public transport (ticket cost to be borne by you):

  • Take bus 311 to the “Saillon, les bains” stop (direction Sion), then get off the bus at the “Leytron, ancienne poste” stop and take bus 312 (direction Ovronnaz) to the “les Places” stop. There’s another 10 minutes of flat walking ahead. Recommended timetable: departure at 9.12am from the Bains de Saillon(timetable here)
  • Free parking at the Bains de Saillon

    Places are limited – booking essential
